I grew up in Tulsa,Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University where I received a BS and MS.  I moved to Austin  and received my  PhD from The University of Texas. I have worked in the water treatment industry for 37 years; the first 17 at Betz Laboratories and the last 20 years at NCH. At NCH I helped build their $10 million water treatment company, Chem-Aqua, to over $250 million. I have been the President of Chem Aqua for more than 10 years and am currently the President of Global Water Treatment-Emeritus.

I consider myself a motivator of people and I am proud to have been an inspiration for many successful relationships and careers. I believe that connection is the foundation of all successful relationships both personal and professional.
